AR-15 80% Lower Universal Jig Kit

Well thought out design..user friendly

Showed up little late but I ain't complaining by all means. Good stuff will be doing business again.

I found that it did not fit a lower from another company but did fit perfectly an 80lowers that Juggernaut Tactical has available, being my first to do it came out terrible but that came from lack of experience NOT any fault of the jig. In the end I got a serialized stripped lower for my build. Will try on another 80lower someday and skip no steps. If you have a good drill press that you can set the speeds easier than mine and a good depth adjustment on it then follow the video they link you and this jig will then be a piece of cake to use.

Great product, easy to use and turns out a good lower receiver. I have already turned out several and all parts appear to be wearing well.

Easy to use and straight forward! Take your time(and cutting oil), that's all it takes.

I am new to the building seen. At this point I have used 2 different jigs and there is no comparison that the juggernaut jig is the best, and so easy to use. I definitely recommend the product.

This lower jig kit is so easy to use I have to watch what I’m doing though because u can mess any of the top plates up I have done 40 or so lowers with this jig and could do a 5 or 6 more with it Really a great jig for the price!!!!

It doesn't fit side to side like it should . If you over tighten the rear bolt it wants to taper out at the other end. I had to be very careful not to bend it. Other wise it worked pretty good. The bottom could use some spacers to help from over tightening. The hole locations for the hammer, trigger and safety were very accurate. I know that Lower widths can vary .010 - .020. I think the side plates should be able to handle some spacers at a particular width. Anodized finish was nice and thick and helped to protect hole accuracy. I'm a tool and die / tool maker and I had almost made my own. Bought yours instead

I love it, I was able to finish the JTE15 billet lowers with ease. (Jig will not fit 80% arms or 5D tactical billet lowers)

Jig kit is simple to use and made of good quality materials.

The most important thing is to watch the video on their website because it breaks the process down step by step. If you do that then there are no problems ( unless you have no machining experience) but even if that is the case just pay extra attention to the video. You will need calipers as well.

Works perfectly ,it may help if the drills had a hexagon shank,other than that ,its nearly fool proof, glad I got it!!!

This lower jig works better than expected. i would recommend this lower jig to anyone that is needing one for a 80% lower

It was easy to use, I watched the video a few times to make sure I did everything right, and it came out beautiful.

I really like this jig and enjoy using it. It's pretty straight forward to use for a first time builder like myself. I think they should update there instructions because it gave me a link to watch a video on you tube that wasn't there and had to email them to find out how to do the process of milling out the lower.

The jig kit and tools seem to be good quality and made finishing my lower quick and easy.
