Shipping and Returns

We can only ship to U.S. addresses. We ship by UPS and they will not deliver to Post Office Boxes so a valid UPS street/business delivery address is required. We regret we cannot ship to APO or FPO addresses at this time. Sales tax will be added to California addresses. During busy periods, processing and shipping may take up to eight weeks.

Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund minus a 15% restocking charge. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Out of Stocks and Backorders

We try our best to have everything in our online catalog available 100% of the time; however we do run out of some items from time to time. It is your choice to either cancel the order before we fully process it and nothing will be charged to you, or you may choose to backorder the item.

We do not always have a reliable ETA on backorders.
