Featureless Grip

This is the best featureless grip option I've found for lefties, as most fins are not suitable. That being said, there is no reason that this thing needs to be made out of aircraft grade aluminum, or cost darn near $100. It's heavier than it should be. Make this thing out of polymer and sell it for $30 and I'd be more willing to convert more rifles over from fixed mag. For me, the Juggernaut rear pin with a Hogue Freedom Fighter pin is still the best solution.

I got it die to being in California bit it fits nice.

The ergonomics was great for me. My index finger has to problem reaching the magazine release button. It being metal makes it heavier than polymer for sure but I don't mind. I can appreciate the toughness that comes with it being metal.

Fits good. Feels good. No sharp edges. If I had several ar style rifles I'd buy several more. Only thing : as my friend would say, "they are kinda spendy".

It looks good, it feels good, relatively comfortable to hold. Machined from solid aluminum so it feels quite nice. It really completes the look of the rifle and looks much more normal than most of the other options. Totally worth the cost and likely one of the best on the market.

you don't need this type of grip if you have a mag lock, but the angle and weight of it is PERFECT! I was a bit hesitant at first but once installed I was able to grab my ar9 and it just feels very nice..JT products are very well made

I live in a free state (thank god) but I still chose to put this on a build simply because it’s the closest you can get to a “sporter” style grip without paying 700+ for a Fightlite sporter receiver. I don’t hate it and it’s surprisingly pleasant to shoot with, even on a big .450 bushmaster

I like this grip. It’s pricey but allows somewhat normal operation while staying legal. I have tried a number of solutions and this one is the best.

This featureless grip is top quality and I really like it. Makes it fun to shoot my AR again and not have to have a dumb paddle grip.

Pros: Almost as comfortable as a regular grip. Solid aluminum and very smooth with no sharp edges. One of the best options in keeping your gun California compliant. Cons: At $80 it’s a bit pricey, especially if you opt for another color which is a $40 up charge.

Installation was easy. Fits good, has a nice finish. Feels good in the hand.

Absolutely love it, best alternative and a good way to comply with the laws and maintaining a secure, confident grip to manipulate a rifle in a secure way that the other alternative just don't provide. Please make it in polymer with texture for sweaty hands and add a small space inside and design a small gun oil container to fit in it and I’ll surely would buy two more. Great grip! And if someone is considering buying just do it if you have to comply with the laws.

Good quality, I was a little nervous the grip would not be compliant but I took the rifle to an indoor range and there was no issues. Good quality grip that did not affect the rifle handling to much. I prefer the pistol grip just due to years of training and handling it’s more comfortable, but this is a better alternative to the fin.

Grip is more than I expected. Quality is excellent and it fit perfectly on my LWRC 7.62 mm AR.

If you live in a state that has a ban on certain rifles this may be a good product for you. It will allow you to wrap your thumb around the grip, it just changes the grip angle. All in all it is a quality product for a featureless setup. It is a little heavy, it would be great if this could be made from polymer instead of aluminum. I like to keep at least one featureless rifle and I use this grip instead of the fin grip.

Grip it and Rip it… beautiful finish and outstanding fit. I have utilized several of their featureless grips on my AR platforms. I just wish they would make one for the AK platform.

The aluminum grip feels like a typical rifle grip. It very solid and strong. The finish smooth which I felt it too slippery. So I added some friction tape bottom side. It's much more secure and won't slip out of my hand.

I've tried a few different grips trying to find the right one for me while living in commiefornia, and I've found it. High quality grip and very comfortable. I look forward to running a bunch of rounds through my AR now.

I really like this grip. It is solid and very well made. Even at the canted angle, it has a good feel and it’s way better than the stock fin grip that came on my Ca compliant AR. It has an aggressive look that I really like as well.

The grip is very comfortable and a great alternative to the uncomfortable fin grip.

I live in California where we have to use featureless grips and a friend recommended an juggernaut and showed me his it looked like a no stock gauge grip Wich I was sketch about but when I gripped it literally in a hr I had my fun grip off and ordered one from your site

This is the only way to go in the commie state of Kali, these are so comfortable I also installed them on all my hunting caliber (.350 legend and .243) AR's as well.

I've tried them all. This is the only one that has the function, feel and look that is worth the money IMO. Not cheap, but neither was the money I spent on all the lesser ones I tried before and now have sitting around. You get what you pay for, I guess.

This grip feels very comfortable in my hand--not too big, not too small. (I have medium-sized hands.)

I love this grip. Its very comfortable as im used to hunting rifles so it’s similar. Some have complained that this grip cant’s your wrist uncomfortably so. However i don’t agree. It’s ergonomics are natural for me and a great option to keep my ar cal compliant.

I like the grip wish it was plastic and lighter. It's very heavy. I would of gave it a five star if it wasn't for the weight.

The grip angle is an excellent compromise, and it’s built like a tank. Solid feel in the hand and very nice machining for a perfect fit with smooth edges. During a class in the rain I wrapped it for more traction. Overall I find it is well worth the cost.

I bought. Works great. Easy install. Its an adjustment at first. Just treat it like a shotgun or traditional rifle and you'll be fine. Its way better then the goofy looking fin. I highly recommend it.

Best grip I’ve used. Have one for my 9mm and 5.56. Doesn’t disappoint. The all metal fabrication feels like quality on the hands. Would recommend to any compliance build

This grip was an excellent choice for our dumb CA laws… It is ergonomically very comfortable and is made really well. I have recommended this grip to many people as a better choice than the grip with the fin.

The grip is amazingly comfortable for a featureless grip. It's the first one I've owned but a few friends have different featureless grips that aren't as refined. It just feels as comfortable as it probably can without being a pistol grip. The material is also smooth and strong. I have no doubt this will last a lifetime. The end plate is a must-grab as well though for a truly comfortable grip with no annoying edges.

Well hello, I have to tell you this grip works good, it’s definitely better than the stock fin grip I had or some of the other abominations I’ve seen out there. Thx JT for a Commifornia legal featureless grip that I can get a good hold of. For some reason the douche bags that are running this state (into the ground) thing that it’s safer to not be able to hold onto our weapons securely (that makes it safer) WTF sorry for the rant. Thx again JT love your products.

I have installed this grip on my built ar 15 and it liiks very nice.the fact it is metal and has cutouts for possible weight reduction and ventilation because i have sweaty hands when shooting. Finish is very good too and priced right. Might get a second one in the future.

ordered and installed the Featureless grip to replace my CA Fine grip (which is a joke). The Featureless grip is a VAST improvement to the CA Fin grip. The only issue I have it where the grip meets the lower of the AR, it's a bit tight. If you can cut that out, either circular pattern (so a finger fits in there easier) or slant a bit more last 3/4 to 1" where the grip meets the lower, that would help a lot, but I am very happy to what was on the CA regulated AR. This is the only reason why I gave it a 4 instead of a 5. I would recommend this grip all day long

Much better grip and control of my rifle than with the previous Hammerhead I used to render my rifles “featureless”. Used to compete in shooting USPSA like stages where movement around barricades or to the next shooting spot sometimes includes strong hand control of the rifle.

This is a real solid grip. I definitely recommend it. It's compliant, and even Turner Outdoor sells guns with these grips, according to Reno May. I baught one for my AR10 as well, with a spacer for the top.

Great product -allows for more control of rifle with manual of arms drills and loading / use of safety and charging. A+ and great customer service !
